How we work
Bank-independent under § 34i GewO, with one named contact instead of a call centre.
Zinskonzept is an independent mortgage broker under § 34i GewO, registered with IHK Karlsruhe. We compare terms from more than 600 banks and insurers instead of administering a single house-bank offer. We are paid by the lending bank, not by you.
We say this plainly: it is not fee-based advice. § 511 BGB reserves the term independent advice for models that take no money from the lender. We therefore call ourselves bank-independent rather than independent, and the distinction is legally real and relevant to you.
In practice: you talk to one named contact, not a call centre. We are reachable evenings and weekends, because viewings rarely happen between nine and five. And we say no when a financing only works under optimistic assumptions.
